Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy starting from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received

  • In its original packaging

  • Free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or refund.

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order details.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
